To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please bring the following documents of the patient:

  • ID card or passport

  • A list of any medications you are currently taking

  • Any medical records or information from your regular dentist

This ensures we can assist you as effectively as possible, providing you with a positive and professional dental experience tailored to your needs.

No, it is necessary to book an appointment in advance via our online booking system. This guarantees you will be assisted promptly at the scheduled time. However, same-day availability is often possible at a nearby location. If you have further questions, you can contact the emergency hotline.

After the treatment, we will provide you with a treatment report that you can share with your regular dentist for any follow-up care. Our dentists specialize in emergency care and do not provide follow-up treatments.

If you do not have a regular dentist, you can visit us for one-time emergency care. After the treatment, we recommend finding a regular dentist for future check-ups and interventions.

If you require medical assistance beyond dental care, such as for injuries, infections, or other health problems, we recommend contacting general on-call doctors directly. Dentists only handle dental issues, and other medical care should be provided by a doctor or specialist.
