What should you bring to your appointment?

To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please bring the following documents of the patient:

  • ID card or passport

  • Insurance details or mutuality information

  • A list of any medications you are currently taking

  • Any medical records or information from your regular dentist

This ensures we can assist you as effectively as possible, providing you with a positive and professional dental experience tailored to your needs.

No, it is necessary to book an appointment in advance via our dental clinic online booking system. This guarantees you will be assisted promptly at the scheduled time. However, same-day availability is often possible at a nearby location within our organized on-call service. For inquiries, you can contact the emergency number.

All patients in one of our dental clinics receive a treatment report that can be shared with your regular dentist for any follow-up care. Our dentists specialize in emergency care and do not provide follow-up treatments.

If you do not have a regular dentist, you can still visit us for emergency care. After treatment, we recommend finding a regular dentist for future oral health check-ups and interventions.

Yearly check-ups are highly recommended for individuals of all ages, including children and adults, as they help you discover and address potential issues at an early stage.

If you require medical assistance beyond dental care, such as for injuries, infections, or other health problems, we recommend contacting general on-call doctors directly. Dentists only handle dental issues, and other medical care should be provided by a doctor or specialist.
